%X The discharge rate and permeable rate of the water coal gas fluid in coal seams of Wangying mine are measured,and the dependence of the measuring upon the degree of water saturation is examined as well.Based on the data obtained,a mathematical model which gives the basic law for water coal gas seepage is established.The model is useful for coal gas exploitation.
