葛东云 %A 刘元镛 %J 实验力学 %D 1999 %I %X Dynamic toughness and the property for rapid crack propagation are studied on epoxy and toughed epoxy materials. GCL 1 test instrument is used in the test for observing the high speed crack propagation and obtaining the crack speed curve. Results for fracture toughness from different computing formula and from finite element analysis are compared and discussed. It is found that the traditional method for determining fracture toughness gives a much higher value. An improved method is suggested. It is justified that the toughed epoxy is more effective in fracture resistance than ordinary epoxy material. %K rapid crack propagation %K dynamic energy releasing rate %K dynamic fracture toughness %K speed of crack propagation
