%X Ginkgolides are the strong antagonists of platelet activating factors,which have notable curative effectiveness for cardiocerebrovascular diseases.This paper summarizes the studies on the extraction and isolation,the determination of content,the pharmacological activity,the pharmacokinetics,the tissue culture and the biosynthesis of ginkgolides.
