周南 %A 罗尧治 %J 实验力学 %D 2010 %I %X In order to investigate the mechanical and optical properties of flexible thin-film solar cell, the mechanical parameters and the influence of tensile stress on the voltage output of flexible thin-film solar cell made by US Konarka company were studied based on tensile test and the results are presented in this paper. It shows that the Young's modulus and tensile strength of flexible thin-film solar cell along the direction parallel to the solar cell is much better than these along the direction perpendicular to the solar cell, and the failure mode is different in above-mentioned two directions. Meanwhile, there is an obvious difference in voltage output of flexible thin-film solar cell under stress along above-mentioned two directions. The work reported in this paper may provide a reference for the application of flexible thin-film solar cell in area of construction, automobile, aviation and so on. %K flexible thin-film solar cell %K mechanical properties %K failure mode %K voltage output
