%X In order to provide basic information on mountains of China for studies of macroecology and biogeography, geographic locations of major mountain ranges and peaks in China are given in the paper based on topographic characteristics, Digital Elevation Model (DEM) and Digital Topography Model (DTM) of China, as well as previously published data.
