%X This article studied influence on ecological environment of Datong River due to construction of transfer water from Datong river to Huangshui river and put forward protection measures to fish resources. The investigations showed fishery resources in Datong River was as follows: 9 species of fishes,26 species of phytoplankton,10 species of zooplankton, 14 species of benthic organism, 4 species of hydroplant. It was analysed of fishes fauna composition, species structure, eco-environmental characteristics etc. Taking influence from hydrologic regine change, cut off, habitat variation to fishes into account, putting forward measures such as ecological water blow down, fish pass, artificial fecundation etc. to protect fish resources and the eco-system.
