赖华伟 %A 王礼立 %J 实验力学 %D 2011 %I %X A modified Lagrangian analysis was adopted to study the dynamic mechanical behavior of rate-dependent materials based on particle velocity profile measurement. First of all, the new magneto-electric velocimeter made of Nd-Fe-B magnet was developed, and its magnetic induction is stronger than other velocimeters reported. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, it was pointed out that the stress boundary condition experimentally measured is indispensable when the stress wave profiles are to be correctly determined by a set of particle velocity profiles measured. In practice, it is difficult to measure simultaneously both particle velocity wave and stress wave at a Lagrange position in wave propagation experiments. It is reported in this paper that to overcome this difficulty, a new method by combining Lagrangian analysis with Hopkinson pressure bar technique (LA-HPB) was developed to study dynamic mechanical behavior of Nylon.
