南平 %A 王君 %A 豆晓飞 %A 潘春梅 %A 杨朋娜 %A 常重杰 %J 水生态学杂志 %D 2012 %I %X With the tests of acute toxicity, genetic toxicity and physiology toxicity, the LC50 of 8-hydroxypuinoline against fancy carp (Cryprinuscarp) and its genetic damage to the red blood cells and its effect the activity of GPT and GOT in liver tissue of fancy carp were studied. The results showed that 8-hydroxypuinoline had obvious toxicity effect on fancy carp and it could increase the rates of fancy carp erythrocyte micronucleus and declined the activities of GPT and GOT in liver tissue of fancy carp significantly. And the toxicity effect of 8-hydroxyquinoline on fancy carp had showed significant time-effect and dose-effect. Thereinto, the rates of fancy carp micronucleus was positive correlated to the test-time and test- concentration of 8-hydroxypuinoline and the activity of GPT and GOT in liver tissue of fancy carp was negative correlated to the test-time and test- concentration of 8-hydroxypuinoline. %K 8-hydroxypuinoline %K Cryprinus carpiod %K micronucleus %K GPT %K GOT
