%X In order to reveal movement characteristic of Dunaliella salina cell at different conditions, density change of Dunaliella salina cells at ends U bend is studied. The results show that the movement of Dunaliella salina cells is influenced by light, ATP, sodium malonate and viscosity. Dunaliella salina cells have the movement characteristic to light gather. Adding ATP made cell movement speed up, adding sodium malonate made cell movement speed slow, Dunaliella salina cells movement were a process of dissipation energy; when viscosity of medium increase cell movement speed slow.
