However, most present methods either ignore the node or structure information, or adopt heuristics. The authors present an exact network alignment algorithm by transforming network comparison into a linear programming problem. A powerful mathematical programming optimizer ILOG CPLEX is used to solve the linear programming problem. %K protein-protein interaction network %K network alignment %K linear programming
