More and more attention has focused on their hazardous effects on organisms and human. At present, the extrapolation from animal experiments (mainly rodents), has been employed to evaluate the impacts of PBDEs to human. Therefore, it is important to study different PBDEs congeners in vivo metabolism kinetic parameters. This paper is an overview of absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of PBDEs in rodents in vivo. It should be useful for the scientists to carry out the related researches actively for assessing the risks to human health and environmental hazards. %K PBDEs %K rodents %K in vivo %K metabolic kinetics
