%X The acrylamide (AM) is one of the most important chemical materials and applied to various fields. its ecotoxicological behavior has long been a focus of attention. The characteristics of AM are briefly introduced; the behaviors of AM in organisms are analyzed; the effects of AM on human are reviewed at length; the fates of AM in environment are completely summarized. Preventive measures are also presented in this paper. The paper provides some references to the future application, treatment and prevention.
