铝酞菁:人癌细胞的吸收及光敏杀伤的研究 %A 陈暨耀 %A 蔡怀新 %A 闵红波 %A 吕发度 %A 余宏宇 %A 董荣春 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1990 %I %X The different of cellular uptake and photocytotoxicity of sulfonated aluminum phtralocyanine I AISPC and haematoporphyrin cerinative HPD were investigated Some factors, such as photosensitizer's distribution in cells, the amount of cell -associated photosensitizer, the serum's effect and the kinetics of cellular uptake be studied The results showed that, besides the similar characteristics of two photosensitizers, the speed of AISPC uptake of cells is slower than that of HPD uptake.
