赵晓峰 %A 温景荣 %A 王舒 %A 石学敏 %J 生物物理学报 %D 2007 %I %X To analyze the protein expression style in Wistar rat cerebral cortex using the proteomics approach.Proteins in Wistar rat cerebral cortex were separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis.The protein spots in two-dimensional gel electrophoresis map were digested with trypsin,and identified using a matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry.108 protein spots were identified,including metabolism enzymes,skeleton proteins,heat shock proteins,antioxidant proteins,signaling proteins,proteasome related proteins,neuron and glial specific proteins,serum associated proteins,et al.The investigation presented was a first step towards a systematic analysis of the proteome of the rat brain.This approach may lay a foundation for the further investigation of pathogenic progress in rat models of neurological disorders. %K Brain proteomics %K Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE) %K Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS)
