张秀军 %A 郑国光 %A 吴克复 %J 生物物理学报 %D 2003 %I %X The P2X receptors comprise a family of ligand-gated cation channels (permeable to both Na + and Ca 2+ ) which are opened by the binding of extracellular ATP. Seven different genes encoding P2X receptors have been cloned, termed P2X 1 to P2X 7 . Native P2X receptors can function as both homo- and hetero- polymers.
