%X An electron spin resonance study was conduce to investigate the effect of penehationenhanon such as laamcapram (AZ), oleic acid (OA), propylene giycol (PC), and dsulphoxide (DMSO) on intercelluler lipid of nude mouse stlatum comeum labeled by5-Dexyistearic add (5-DSA). The decrease of the order parameter for the spin label in thestratum comeum betal with enhanan shoal that enhanceal led to the mew on the flodity of sin comeum intercellular lipid. The enhancer also increased the isotropic hyperfinesplitting coupling constant for the spin label in the stratum comeunL It shoal that enhanonincreased the polarity of lipid layers in stratum comerm
