杨景文 %A 孙永泰 %A 张极震 %A 梁圻 %A 朱克莉 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1992 %I %X Surface-enhanced Raman (SER) spectra of poly-L-Lysine Hydrobromide (PLys-HBr) adsorbed on silver sol were obtained. The SER intensity of PLys-HBr on colloidal silver is enhanced by six orders of magnitude as compared with its ordinary Raman spectra in aqueous solution. The results indicate that NH3+ of PLys which is bounded to the silver colloid surface is the strong active group for SER. Poly-Glutamic Acid Sodium salt in silver colloid does not exhibit SERS spectra under the same conditions, which may be due to the steric hindrance of backbone and/or the weak activity of the COO- group. %K Poly-lysine %K SERS %K Ag Sol
