杨丽 %A 徐镜波 %A 盛连喜 %A 马逊风 %A 孙志伟 %A 石龙 %J 生态毒理学报 %D 2006 %I %X In order to provide a scientific basis for environmental reproductive toxicology and the culture of germ cell of fish, we study the DNA damage of germ cell of male rat induced by 2,4-DNT, 2,6-DNT and 4-NT using sertoli/germ cell cocultures and comet assay, and also discuss the reproductive toxicology of these three chemicals. The results show that all three nitrotoluene compounds tested(2,4-DNT, 2,6-DNT, 4-NT)could induce DNA strand breaks with significant logarithmic dose-effect relationship. What's more, these three chemicals are different in the degree of DNA damage to germ cell of male rat. The sequence is 2,6-DNT>2,4-DNT>4-NT, indicating the toxicity of dinitrotoluenes is higher than mononitrotoluene. There is significant(p<0.01, p<0.05)difference between the damage rate of these treated groups and that of PBS control, suggesting that 2,4-DNT, 2,6-DNT, 4-NT have geontoxicity and can induce the germ cell DNA strand to break in vitro. %K 2 %K 4-DNT %K 2 %K 6-DNT %K 4-NT %K sertoli/germ cell culture %K comet assay %K DNA damage
