许伟 %A 沈恂 %A 汤丽霞 %A 李心愿 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1994 %I %X A transient fluorescence representing the build-up and decay of the ferryl redical was observed immediately following the rapid mixing of Fe2 and H2O2 in phosphate buffer solution(PBS) on a Stopped-flow spectrophotometer. The decay of the fluorescence is well characterized by the first order kinedcs, and the half-life the of the fend radical in 0.01molL PBS was determined as 10.3ms. The excitation spectrum of the ferryl radical was also determined, whichcentered at about 320nm. The fluorescence is effcetively inhibited by mannitol the OH scaveger,and enhance by previously added ferric ions.
