%X Traditional evoked potentials extraction depends on ensemble averaging multi-trial records with much time consuming. Along with the experiment prolonging, the physiology status of the subject and surrounding factors disturbance will affect the normal evoked potentials on waveform, amplitude and phase. By the utilization of both the spatial and temporal information, the amplitude variation of auditory late response (ALR) in experiment may be tracked by independent component analysis (ICA) and wavelet transform (WT). The quantitative assessment for effects on the amplitude of ALR by the time may be obtained. The analysis on real experimental data showed a drop of about 40% on the amplitude of ALR during 10 min recording.
