While extending the cancer culture time. the chemical environmental conditions around DNA were changed. It caused the DNA molecule to adopt the different conformation . We found that some methylic protons of thymidylic acid in DNA shifted downfield so that the area of peak I fat 1.9ppm) was reduced, but peak II (at 2.6-2.7ppm proton spectral region) increased The result showed that the area rate of the two peaks (Peak I Peak II) was reduced dramatically.
