姚军兰 %A 张过江 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1994 %I %X The on-off mechanism of the fluorescence response of Merocyanine 540 to the membrane potential variation in the energization of submitochondria was studied. The biphasic characteristics of this response including fast and slow phase were observed. The factors which influence the fluorescence spectrum in the response , such as the quenching of monomer fluorescence by the membrane bound dimer, the relative concentration of the probe to the membrane and the excitation wavelength were discussed. %K Merocyanine 540 Membrane potential Submitochondria
