The FPR spectra of proteins of anisodamine-treated erythrocyte membranes labeled with maleimide shows that the ratio of strongly immobilized to weakly immobilized components is increased as compared with control, and the motion of the proteins of erythrocyte membranes are restricted. The anisodamine interacts mainly with the polar head of the membrane lipid and affects the membrane fluidity. The possible mechanism of anisodamine-membrane interaction has been discussed. %U http://www.alljournals.cn/get_abstract_url.aspx?pcid=90BA3D13E7F3BC869AC96FB3DA594E3FE34FBF7B8BC0E591&jid=E0C9D9BBED813D6674AC13E942EAC86D&aid=892A8A710F56D940518D76D537CAE7F9&yid=0702FE8EC3581E51&vid=E158A972A605785F&iid=CA4FD0336C81A37A&sid=340AC2BF8E7AB4FD&eid=27746BCEEE58E9DC&journal_id=1000-6737&journal_name=生物物理学报&referenced_num=0&reference_num=0
