%X It has been proved that extracellular polypeptides of plant are important signals in cell transduction.The amino acid sequence of four kinds of extracellular polypeptide including extracellular polypeptide of the microbe,extracellar polypeptide of the plant,cytokines of the human and cell growth factor of the human were studied by using bioinformatics methods.Some interesting results were found that there was some common character about extracellular polypeptide in different species,that was the very correlative amino acid composition.By the software on Internet,all the results had proved that the common character about extracellular polypeptide were true.According to the common character of amino acid composition,some possible new extracellular polypeptides of plant had been found,that would help us to find new extracellular polypeptides of plants.
