%X The surface - enhanced Raman Spectra of the Virion of Darna trima Granulosis Virus (DtGV) adsorbed on silver hydrosol were obtained and analysed. Both amino and carboxylate groups of the virion of DtGV were bound to silver hydrosol. The side-chains of Trp. Tyr and Phe residues were close to the silver surface, but the vibrations of side - chains of Trp residues were markedly enhanced. The enhanced characteristic of the virion of DtGV depended greatly on the pH of solution.
