%X The molecular structure of two kind of Ferredoxins were studied with the technique of microcomputer graphics. The coordinates of each atom were entered and the three-dimensional structure was displayed. The molecular structure can be rotated round X, Y, Z axis respectively. The bond length, bond angles and torsion angles of each atom can be calculated The molecular structure of two ferredoxins could be superimposed for comparision.
