石红联 %A 侯京武 %A 赵保路 %A 忻文娟 %A 陈雨亭 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1993 %I %X Using electron spin resonance (ESR) spin trapping technique, we have studied the effects of sera and red blood cells from healthy people and patients with chronic renal failure on oxygen free radicals produced in xanthine xanthine oxidase system. Experimental results showed that: (1) sera and red blood cells from healthy people could both scavenge superoxide anion (O2) more effectively than sera and red blood cells from patients with chronic renal failure; (2) sera from healthy people could change (O2) to hydroxyl radical (OH) more easily than sera from the patients.
