%X We developed single base extension-tags (SBE-tags) microarray to detect eight common food-borne pathogens,including Staphylococcus aureus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Listeria monocytogenes,Salmonella,Enterobacter sakazaki,Shigella,Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Campylobacter jejuni.
