%X Endostatin was a newly found N\|terminal fragment of collagen XVIII NC1 domain, which has distinct anti\|angiogenesis character. Its prominent anti\|tumor effect in mouse model made its a hot point of research and a promising anti\|tumor drug candidate. This article will give some discussion in this field.
