大白鼠下丘、桥脑B型单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)的研究 %A 邵作华 %A 丁伟 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1990 %I %X The function of auditory subcortical nuclei of vertebrate and their mechanism are rarely exposed. This paper reports a work done for probing the possible action of monoamine neurotransmitter in auditory subcortical nuclei. The work investigated the MAO-B (Monoamine Oxidase E. C. 1.2.3.4) activities of inferior colliculus, pons which is related to auditory activity and whole brain in rat and the change of MAO - B activity by drug. A biochemical method was used in the work.
