王爱民 %A 何海平 %A 吴熙载 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1992 %I %X The yolk spheres of Tilapia mossmabica have been studied by transmission electron microscopy. The structure of yolk sphere can be distinguished into three main parts: limiting membrane; central crystalline body or bodies and non-crystalline area. The yolk-sphere crystals possess an orthorhombic lattice and the lipovitellin molecular particles in the crystalline body are arrayed in pseudohex-agonal pattern.
