%X Approximate entropy(ApEn) can be used to measuring the degree of complexity of signal. In order to study the degree of complexity of Interspike Interval (ISI), the ISI data of injured nerve, supraoptic nucleus,DRG neurons were calculated and Rose-Hindmarsh model was analyzed with the method of defermination of ApEn. It was found that ApEn can reflect the degree of complexity of ISI data in every model.
