大鼠视上核神经元自发放电节律的确定性机制 %A 韩晟 %A 菅忠 %A 胡三觉 %J 生物物理学报 %D 2000 %I %X Spontaneous firing patterns observed from neurons of supraoptic nucleus (SON) in hypothalamus are irregular. In order to research if there is a deterministic dynamical mechanism in the irregular firing, we recorded the spontaneous firing of SON on brain slices by whole cell recording with current clamp. Then the interspike interval (ISI) was studied by a new method that can identify unstable periodic orbits(UPO) from time sequence. And a family of UPO including period-1, period-2 and period-3 was identified.
