反向DPPC脂囊泡中短杆菌肽S的二维氢核磁共振研究 %A 张凤立 %A 程伯基 %A 林克椿 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1988 %I %X One and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance studies at 300 MHz have been performed on gramicidin S in DPPC reversed micelle.The conventional method of sequential assignments involving J-correlated spectroscopy (COSY) and nuclear Overhauser spectroscopy (NOESY) was used.All resonance peaks of gramicidin S were assigned.And then,the NMR assignments were used to determine the three dimensional structure of gramicidin S in DPPC reversed micelle.Ratios of interproton distances were obtained from NOESY spectrum,and HN-CaH coupling constants of Leu and Orn residues derivated from spin echo spectrum were used to calibrate the interproton distances.The results indicate that gramicidin S bendsat Ca of the two ornthine residues when it is bound to revetsed micelle of DPPC. %U http://www.alljournals.cn/get_abstract_url.aspx?pcid=90BA3D13E7F3BC869AC96FB3DA594E3FE34FBF7B8BC0E591&jid=E0C9D9BBED813D6674AC13E942EAC86D&aid=2E8212E214845EBFBBC7DD7BC8B4310E&yid=0702FE8EC3581E51&vid=E158A972A605785F&iid=38B194292C032A66&sid=FD7C952458BFB5D8&eid=C812B90E96151014&journal_id=1000-6737&journal_name=生物物理学报&referenced_num=0&reference_num=0
