%0 Journal Article %T NONCRYSTALLINE SEMICONDUCTIVITY FOR PROTEIN MACROMOLECULE
蛋白质大分子的非晶半导体性 %A 王磊光 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1988 %I %X In this paper, A model of noncrystal semicondutor for protein macromolecule has been proposed. Charged amino-acid residues, ions, chain termils and folds in protein will produce a random potential, which disturbs the periodic potential field for the polypetide main chains. The presence of band tails expresses that protein has noncrystal semiconductivity. The mobility estimated with this modle is of the same order of magnitude as the experiment value. %U http://www.alljournals.cn/get_abstract_url.aspx?pcid=90BA3D13E7F3BC869AC96FB3DA594E3FE34FBF7B8BC0E591&jid=E0C9D9BBED813D6674AC13E942EAC86D&aid=57958748C608D65B5276778D6B5B3308&yid=0702FE8EC3581E51&vid=E158A972A605785F&iid=CA4FD0336C81A37A&sid=BC12EA701C895178&eid=B91E8C6D6FE990DB&journal_id=1000-6737&journal_name=生物物理学报&referenced_num=5&reference_num=0
