%X Recognition of acceptor sites is a part of splice sites recognition and is an important step in gene recognition,it has been attracting many researchers' attention and some important results have been acquired,the results showed that there was relation between acceptor sites recognition and branch sites, but the effect of branch sites on acceptor sites recognition hadn't been specialized.Considering recognition of acceptor site, the different sequence length of acceptor site was selected and then the effect of branch site on acceptor site recognition was studied and analyzed with neural network, the results proved that branch sites had an important effect on acceptor sites recognition,the results also provided a available basis for the feature extraction of acceptor sites recognition.
