切割菌紫质分子C端多肽对脂质泡中菌紫质分子在膜中旋转运动的影响 %A 胡坤生 %A R.J.Cherry %J 生物物理学报 %D 1986 %I %X The rotational diffusion of bacteriorhodopsin and papain-treated baeterior-hodopsin reconstituted into DMPC vesicles were measured by the technique of flash-induced transient dichroism. The results show that rotational diffusion of papain-treated bacteriorhodopsin is faster than rotational diffusion of bacterio-rhodopsin(T1 become shorter). The numbers of immobilized melecules of papain -treated bacteriorhodopsin is less than that of bacteriorhodopsin (r3% become smaller). In the presence of melittin and acetyl-melittin,dose-dependent loss of rotational mobility of bacteriorhodopsin and papain-treated bacteriorhodopsin was observed.The loss of rotational mobility of bacteriorhodopsin is larger than pa-pain-treated bacteriorhodopsin.This suggests that the charge of bacteriorhodopsin itself doesn't affect ro-tatinal diffusion of bacteriorhodopsin, tut when bacteriorhodopsin interacts with melittin or acetyl-melittin, the electrostatic attraction between them causes the aggregation of bacteriorhodopsin through melittin.In this case,charge of bacteriorhodopsin affects the rotational diffusion of bacteriorhodopsin. %U http://www.alljournals.cn/get_abstract_url.aspx?pcid=90BA3D13E7F3BC869AC96FB3DA594E3FE34FBF7B8BC0E591&jid=E0C9D9BBED813D6674AC13E942EAC86D&aid=97F20358B53BE0C09FF75BB063EC0065&yid=4E65715CCF57055A&vid=0B39A22176CE99FB&iid=0B39A22176CE99FB&sid=BA79719BCA7341D5&eid=F260CE035846B3B8&journal_id=1000-6737&journal_name=生物物理学报&referenced_num=0&reference_num=0
