%X Vero cell was selected as productive carrier in production of Attenuated IBDV. The optimal conditions in culturing IBDV in agitating bottle were figured out. After proliferation, supernatant was harvested in batch process under the condition of five-liter-agitated fermenter. The result shows it was successful to culture IBDV by this methodology.
