ELF磁场对3T3细胞生长的影响及其机理的探讨

%X The cell cycles of MH 3T3 cell in ELF magnetic fields and at different temperatures aere measured and compared by using Automated Cinematographic Records System. The experiment results showed: (1) The cell cycles changed distinctly in some ELF magnetic fields tuned on some ion cyclotron resonance condition. (2) Both temperature and ELF magnetic fields could affect the cell cycles. (3) The cell proliferation could be changed quickly with a change of temperature. but couldn't be recovered quickly (in two days time) after ELF magnetic fields were removed. This result implied that there is a difference between temperature effect and ELF magnetic effect.
