In order to clarify the effect of average sulfonation degree of aluminumphthalocyanine on photosensitive activities; a comparative study of AIPCS (3) and AIPCS(2) on their ability of singlet oxygen (1O2) generation, cellular uptake and photokilling of cancer cells were made. The results showed that the difference of sulfonation degree did not affect the 1O2 production and kinetics of cellular uptake, hut the amount of cell-associated A1PCS (2) was 5 times higher than that of cell-associated A1PCS(3), so the cancer cells were damaged more severely by A1PCS(2) than A1PCS(3) under red light irradiation. It was suggested that lowering of average sulfonation degree enhanced its cell penetration and obtained a better photosensitive efficiency to photokill cancer cells. %K 磺化铝酞菁 %K 磺化度 %K 光敏活性 %U http://www.alljournals.cn/get_abstract_url.aspx?pcid=90BA3D13E7F3BC869AC96FB3DA594E3FE34FBF7B8BC0E591&jid=E0C9D9BBED813D6674AC13E942EAC86D&aid=1FEBDC004FF8A3C0C9695F03AD3FEA6B&yid=F53A2717BDB04D52&vid=5D311CA918CA9A03&iid=CA4FD0336C81A37A&sid=1D0FA33DA02ABACD&eid=8BD23BD67BF01A5C&journal_id=1000-6737&journal_name=生物物理学报&referenced_num=0&reference_num=4
