孙俊世 %A 吴奇久 %A 李俊凤 %A 韩戬 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1992 %I %X The number, distribution and type of substance P-containing neurons of the visual centres at the different postnatal stages of the hamster have been studied with the aid of immunocytochemical technique. The percentage of substance P-immunoreactive neurons of the visual cortex of the hamster on the 10th day postnatal is 36%.There is a highter percentage of substance P neurons in layers II"IV; it is about 40% .In the colliculus superior , the SP-immunopositive neurons occupy 37%. On the 20th day (postnatal) the SP neurons in the visual cortex and colliculus superior are decreased to 23% and 16% respectively. In the visual cortex and colliculus superior of adult hamster, only a few substance P-containing neurons can be seen, but some SP-containing fibers appeared. The results show that the number of SP neurons in visual centre is decreasing with the growth of the ages and the SP-immunoreaction can take place in neurons of different types. %K Immunocytohemistry %K Hamster %K Substance P %K Visual centre %K developing
