不同pH条件下R-藻红蛋白和C-藻蓝蛋白荧光寿命的研究 %A 王丽华 %A 彭程航 %A 张美荣 %A 陈桂芳 %A 梁丽 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1991 %I %X The fluorescence lifetime of R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) and C-phycocyanin (C-PC) at pH3-pH9 was measured and studied, using a home-made time-resolved nanosecond spectrofluorometer. The energy transfer between R-PE and C-PC has been analysed and discussed.At pH5-pH9 the fluorescence lifetime of R-PE and C-PC is 3.1 ±0.1ns and 1.3±0.1ns respectively. When pH<5 the lifetime of R-PE and C-PC tend to shortening. In the mixture of R-PE and C-PC the fluorescence lifetime of R-PE does not change, but the fluorescence lifetime of C-PC is lengthened.
