利用共聚焦显微镜系统进行视觉显微结构的三维重建 %A 陆惠民 %A 刘守忠 %A 颜坤 %A 吴卫国 %A 王荫亭 %J 生物物理学报 %D 1991 %I %X In this paper 3-D reconstruction of three kinds of visual microstructures by means of a confocal laser scan microscope system is introduced. The specimens for reconstruction are: neurons in optic tectum of pigeon, intertectal commissures of toad and the crystaiine rones of ommalidia in dragonfly. The serial section images for computer 3-D reconstruction are from confocal optical section at 1 or 3 ?m intervals. The results of 3-D reconstruction are satisfactory for their true object and stereoscopic sensation, especially that of the specimen stained by a fluorescent dye. This is the first time that the 3-D morphology of the visual microstructures is exhibited.
