%X This paper analyzes the photodynamic damage of bR by HPD using resonance Raman Spectroscopy as probe. On the basis of the observed damage phenomenon, we investigated the damage region of bR and fundamentally confirmed that the C-C and C=C bond of retinene in chromophore are the loci easy to be damaged.
