阎浩林 %A 周大成 %A 苏昕 %A 梁丽莉 %J 生物工程学报 %D 1997 %I %X A new method for preparing immobilized yeast cells by using PVA H 3BO 3 Ca alginate was determined after comparing the results of preparation of FDP(Fructose 1,6 diphosphate).The immobilized gel beads made by this means have great mechanical strength,high conversion rate of substrate to FDP and strong stability.When the gel beads were used for preparing FDP by continuous fermentation,the reaction period was obviously reduced.Tests show that it is superior to free yeast cells in many respects. %K FDP(Fructose %K 1 %K 6 %K diphosphate) %K immobilization %K phosphorylation
