%X In this paper, the metabolic coordination and metabolic regulation based methodology for the model development of biotechnological processes is applied to the growth process of the Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. The mathematical model is proposed for the process which is carried out in a commercial bioreactor. Simulation research is performed and some discussions are given.
