The structure gene of the enzyme is composed of 1161bp and is corresponding to 387 amino acid residues. The GC content of the gene sequence is 72. 1 %. The probability of GC on third position of the codon is 98%. At the level of amino acid,the xylose isomerase display high homol-ogy with those from other Actinomycets strains, particularly those from three Streptomyces strains. %K Streptomyces diastaticus No %K 7 strain %K xylose isomerase %K gene sequence %K gene comparision
