杨敏生 %J 生态学报 %D 1999 %I %X With the one year old seedlings of the double cross hybrid clones of white poplar as the experimental meaterials,the major physiological properties of the clones were analyzed under four water stress conditions.The result shows that under the condition of soil drought stress,photosynthesis ( Pn ),transpiration ( Tr ),stomatal conduces ( Gs ),intercellular CO 2 concentration ( Ci ),and difference of leaf temperature and air temperature ( Lt ) were all influenced significantly. The sensitivity of the factors to water deficit was different from each other,and significant physiological differences existed among the clones.The relation of Tr,Gs,Ci and Lt to Pn was studied by means of path analysis,multiple regression and partial correlation analysis.When the water was sufficient,the factor affecting Pn was Ci .With drought stress developing,the affecting of the four factors to Pn both not singificant. When the water content dropped to 40%,the factors affecting Pn were Gs and Ci . %K water stress %K hybrid clones of white poplar %K physiological properties %K path analysis
