刘宗平 %A 马卓 %J 生态学报 %D 1999 %I %X The concentrations and distribution patterns of six trace elements were investigated in tissues of bactrian camels from sandy desert and gravel desert areas. It was found that the liver contained the highest concentrations of copper, manganese, iron and molybdenum, and the kidney and muscle the highest concentrations of selenium and zinc, respectively. The concentrations of copper in liver and kidney of bactrian camels from the two study areas have significant difference because the molybdenum and iron contents of soils and forages from gravel desert area were markedly higher than those from sandy desert area ( P<0 01) . Meanwhile, the mean manganese levels in the tissues from the two areas were much lower than that in other ruminants. %K bactrian camel %K trace elements %K sandy desert %K gravel desert
