The highest rate appears in August.. The "seasonal changes of soil temperature and soil moisture have much effect on the respiration rate of soil bacteria. Both temperature and moisture factors are important to respiration rate and normally correlated with it distinctly by regression analysis. Their coefficients are 0.9999918 and 0.9999365 respectively. The synthetic effect of temperature and moisture on respiration rate was also studied . To remain soil temperature and moisture in suitable conditions seperately and to induce respiration rate of soil microorganisms normally, it is necessary for improving the digestion of organic detritus, which originated frcm animate and plants, in soil and for conserving natural ecological equilibrium on Yang-Cao Gassland. %K Yang-Cao (Leymus Chinensis) Grarssland %K soil bacteria %K respira- tion rate %K soil temperature %K soil moisture
